London Research Fellows is a platform that brings together the commissioners of business research with the best academic brains from London’s university colleges.
All our Research Fellows are invited to join the platform based on their current employment status, past academic background, and qualifications.

After each engagement, a Research Fellow is scored by their project manager, based on quality, responsiveness, time keeping and general enthusiasm. Over time, a graded pay scale will be introduced to reward high-scoring Research Fellows.
We received our first commission in October 2021.
For each research commission, one Research Fellow is appointed as project manager, output editor, and quality controller.
The research commission is broken down into bite-sized modules.
Each module is completed by one Research Fellow.
The project manager edits the module outputs together into the final report.
This modular, distributed model ensures we can deliver on time and limits exposure to single points of weakness.
Our community of Research Fellows work fulltime at leading London academic institutions. They work for London Research Fellows on a freelance basis, earning a secondary top-up income. As such, all Research Fellows work on an anonymous basis.
We do not trade off the personal brands of our Research Fellows or their employers’ brands.
We prefer brainpower over brand-power.
